Thanksgiving in Detroit

Lions Football
First Happy Thanksgiving to all of Detroit Video Daily's loyal readers, and welcome to all the newcomers to the blog. There truly is much to be thankful for here in my corner of the city. I hope that where ever you are that you are enjoying the day. Today of course was made just a little extra special because for the first time in nine long years the Detroit Lions won their annual Thanksgiving day football game against the Green Bay Packers. Final score Lions 40 and the Packers 10. Add this to the Detroit turnaround you keep hearing about!

  1. Well it looks like the Lions are on the way to a divison champinship. Two Grand Rapids sports reporters had it way off the goal post (off base but that didn't seem to work) with one predicting Lions winning by 3 and the other losing by 3. It sure was enjoyable watching the game that is if you were a Lion fan and I know Mr. DVD is.
